Nozipho joined the Financial Empowerment and Monitoring & Evaluation Practice (FEM-E) at DNA Economics as a Monitoring & Evaluation Analyst. Nozipho has around 16 years’ experience in the field of M&E, having been involved in the end to end end design to evaluation (and research) of programmes and projects in the fields of public health (TB,HIV/AIDS/Health Systems Strengthening), humanitarian emergency response, climate change and basic education, as well as experience in consulting.

Nozipho is driven by the role of data and evidence in informing and supporting policy and programmes in the socio-economic development space, and supporting organizations and individuals to become active participants in addressing societal imbalances.

She holds an MPhil in Social Policy & Development from the University of Johannesburg, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Monitoring & Evaluation from Stellenbosch University, and a BA in Social Science from the University of Eswatini.
