Prinesa Reddy is a Consultant in the Financial Empowerment and Monitoring and Evaluation practice area. Prinesa began her career as a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) officer at the National Association of Child and Youth Care Workers (NACCW) where she played an extensive role in the roll-out of a psychosocial programme for orphaned and vulnerable children at a school level. Prior to joining DNA Economics, Prinesa worked across a range of sectors including education, water and sanitation, and gender-based violence, as a
monitoring and evaluation specialist at Tshikululu Social Investments.
Prinesa brings with her a range of technical skills that promote meaningful M&E
practices including the creation of theories of change and M&E frameworks and plans, and evaluation methodologies.
Prinesa holds a Masters of Management Degree specialising in Public and
Development Sector Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of Witwatersrand and a Bachelor of Business Science Degree specialising in Economics from the University of Cape Town.
